Also, you can reuse the bacon greese as an oil substitute for eggs :3
I almost always use bacon grease for s’meggs and/or potatoes. I’ll have to try rice though.
I ain’t a stickler for the kind of bacon I eat, but I like mine’s EXXXXXXXXXXXXTRA crispy
